In the summer, we understand that players are busy with family activities and summer basketball. We also understand that the summer is a perfect time to gain an edge and build athleticism. For this reason, we offer a 6-week SSAP program offered at 4 different times at night Monday-Thursday.  If your player is participating in Summer League 2023, there is a time slot that will align with their training on the weeknights! This gives players an opportunity to improve their athletic profile while participating in other summer activities.

What Players Will Work On:

Our summer SSAP program is designed to prepare players for the next step in their athletic development. Each training session is 60 minutes, and athletes will be challenged appropriately based on their age to improve strength, speed, agility, and power. Mobility, flexibility, and mental and physical recovery methods are consistently incorporated during the summer to give our athletes the best opportunity to perform at a high level on the court. Players will receive additional health and performance advice regarding nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle habits. 

Summer Schedule

***All classes have the same focus and cover all grade levels (Please read the above Overview from more details). Families must select which "Class" they would like their player to attend. We offer 4 different time slots for the program so families can select the schedule that works best for them. Please remember, players, are NOT allowed to change "Classes."***

Summer SSAP Start Date: June 14th, 2023

Summer SSAP End Date: July 20th, 2023

Program Length: 5 Weeks (10 Total Sessions) NO SSAP ON JULY 3rd or 4th, 2023!

Class Schedules

SSAP Class A: Monday/Wednesday - 5:30p-6:30p

SSAP Class B: Monday/Wednesday - 6:30p-7:30p

SSAP Class C: Tuesday/Thursday - 5:30p-6:30p

SSAP Class D: Tuesday/Thursday - 6:30p-7:30p

FAMILY DISCOUNT

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a 10% discount on the 2nd player and a 20% discount on the 3rd + all additional children's registration fees. In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all your players are registered in the same order.
