Our Labor Day Skillz Clinic a great way for players to get professional instruction with their ball handling and also have the option to do an hour Speed & Agility Camp!

Basketball Clinic Information

Date: September 4th
Time: 9a-12pm

Players are out of school which means it is time to get better! Kick the summer off right with our Labor Day Basketball Skills Clinic!

Skills we will teach:

• Attack Moves
• Creating Space
• Shooting form
• Footwork
• Moving without the ball
• 1on1 & 3on3
• And more!!!

Speed & Agility Camp Information: 

Date: September 4th
Time: 12:30-1:30pm

Attendees will learn proper running/jumping mechanics, proper movement mechanics, and functional strength. We believe this is the foundation for not only developing the complete athlete, but to have a better physical quality of life.

The camp will consist of the following:

• Resistance exercises
• Speed development
• Jumping & landing technique

M14HOOPS REFUND POLICY

We try our best to be fair and understand unplanned circumstances when cancelling a registration to a program. Please be mindful, though, that putting a program together requires months of planning by M14Hoops to hire coaches and staff for the event. Last minute cancellation not only gets in the way of our planning but it also takes away the opportunity from another athlete.

Clinics Refund Policy:

• 100% refunds for clinics can be issued up until 72 hours before that particular camp begins
• After the camp begins, no refunds will be issued.
